023 - Never Existed - Yet one exists

According to FORD records there never was a chassis 23 issued but in 2007 I was told of a car that bears the index C202HCY in the UK that has a VIN tag on it marked as chassis #023 - Rather than duplicate everything here I shall type it under the entry for C202HCY which you can get to by following the link below
