Thing is, if you have a genuine or copy chassis you will need a genuine gearbox & suspension and so on, in fact you will need everything.
Problem with all of that is the cost.
So now you ended up with genuine body, genuine chassis, genuine running gear, but not a genuine RS200!
A car like that is called a 200+ and it will probably take years to find the bits, get them rebuilt, then build the car and register it.
In the UK the DVLA may give out a Q registration mark for such a car so you may as well buy a genuine RS200 or just build a one off replica with run of the mill parts.
