Looking for one or any help with numbers ,etc, for standard 1.8 model

The high pressure pump is a Bosch 0 580 254 979. They are pretty easy to find as they are used on many other cars of the time, Porsche being one from memory.

I think you can decode that part number in flow rate and fitting type for each end.

Be careful about imported versions that are not genuine Bosch though (some car spares shops / ebay sell the cheaper imports) - Dave found one on his car when testing for a fuel pressure issue.

I seem to remember Demon Tweeks listing them last year ?
