Thanks to owner (SG) for supplying a brand new un-used owners manual and owner (DS) for using his top of the line .pdf scanner at work so that you can all get yourself a copy.
The file is scanned at 200 DPI and compressed which makes a 6 Meg file.

I now have another document to add to this which is a Section 12 which for some reason my manual doesn't have.
http://www.rs200.org/downloads/Parts_List_12.pdf
The interesting part to this document is that is gives an explanation (to some degree) of what came from what:-
For instance, on 12-3 it shows AB AG and AM part numbers to be from Escort/Orion builds.
BB and BG from Sierra - EB and EG from Capri - FB and FG from Fiesta - GB and GG from Granada
HM - Overhead camshaft (German) engine range
MS - RS200 (ex-Escort RS1700T part) PB - RS200 (Special Part) SX - General Service Part
TM - German engine range TT - German Transmission VB - Transit Range
There is also an EVO parts list I have seen but I am waiting for the owner (VS) to make me a copy (hint)
