This car was one of the two S cars that found their way to Canada as had been the original plan.

I was surfing on 20/2/2004 and found a link to someone selling her and then it appears the car was for sale at auction on 9.8.2003 but was unsold.

The advert read, "This Vehicle has 262 original miles. M.S.O. never registered. This is one of the few times an wholesale dealer has to act as an agent in offering this unique one of a kind original treasure. There were approx. 3 times as many original 427 Shelby Cobras built or as many GT40's built as there were RS200's THIS IS NOT A KIT CAR. 350HP COSWORTH 2600LB designed engineered by Ford Aerospace, F1 specialist Tony Southgate and development by 3 time world champion Jackie Stewart One of only 20 production 'S' vehicles ever manufactured. AS NEW! Always kept in a secure climate controlled environment. Vehicle NEVER Titled. Still on MSO. Incredible investment opportunity, this may be the finest RS200S available anywhere at any price. Pristine condition. "

In June 2004 I made contact with the seller and over a few weeks of emails I learnt alot, it turns out that the owner (MDW) was responsible for the "S" versions that you can read about elsewhere so that's a good bit of history. We keep in touch regularly about all things 200 in the world !

As of 2008 the car was having some work carried out on the engine and I think he is keeping her, we shall see !

June 2016 - I had seen #110 being advertised for sale so I tried to make contact with Murray DeWeerdt but was sad to receive a reply from his wife informing me that Murray had past away in October 2015 and that his car had been sold around 2013/4. This then made sense as in 2013 I had been speaking to a new owner of a RS200 (GF) but I had not realised it was car #110. (my mistake for not asking maybe or I just missed something!).

September 2022 - I helped (GF) sell the car on through a friend of his and as a result she is now having a sympathetic rebuild by her new owners in Canada who have sent some images.

Current owner of 110 in Canada. The car had been sitting for some time so it was disassembled , cleaned and reassembled. I was able to retain the original markings on the chassis, drivetrain, etc.
