Rad in place and suspension all back on now (just had to collect some polyetylene robber strips for the rad cushioning), hopefully will fill system tommorrow if i finally decide what type of antifreeze to use, had thought about Mobil OAT 5 year stuff but looks like not a good idea to use OAT antifreeze.
Will get the photos on with this post if it works

I used FORD own "Super Plus Premium" which I seem to remember surfing around and finding it was thought to be quite a good product for the money.
Thanks for the images - Rad looks really good.
While you have access to it all - have you got a "fan override" switch in yet so you can bring on the fans quicker than the thermoswitch does - for instance on the cool down lap of a track session ? - You can use one of the unused switches in the center - just break of the tab that prevents the switch being used and hey presto

All up and running now, the twin fans are great and draw less power than the old single unit, they kick in at about 88 degrees and quickly get theb temp down
.
Going to wire in an overide switch over the weekend after bleeding the brakes.
