That one was built by Mick Millane and registered only recently, he sold it to Stuart.
It was built to compete in, hence the paint work, but rules prevented him using it on rally events. It can be used on sprints and hillclimbs though.
The engine is Toyota 3 SGT-E 16v turbo so is very tunable.
There are plenty more pic's in the Banham 200 gallery showing nearly all of the build.
