WANTED - Throw out bearing

Hi All,

Im looking to replace my throw out bearing... I have my new clutch and slave is being rebuilt so all i need is this impossible to find bearing assembly.

This is the # on the bearing i took out... SKF 360801 GERMANY

Help if you can.
