Seems to come off a Mk3 Escort - Part Number is 81 AG 13550 AA - FINIS number is 6067427.
I hope you don't mind me adding a little info.
For my replica I have used Mk1 Fiesta (same as Mk1/2 Escort) number plate lights.
They look to be same/similar fitment, they fit onto the moulding perfectly & I think look really good.
