I just found this while digging through the FORD paperwork mountain - It's the first time I remember seeing this UK index.

Could it be 199 ?
The environment of the picture, the "06" plate on the 037 and the White Delta S4 in the background are all telling me this was part of the late Mr. Franck's collection and the photo taken in the South of France. It would later have been registered in France?

Good thinking - I just checked with his son and you are correct, the cars were part of his collection 
So this is a new index number for #199 that we never knew about.
