I've just done a quick edit to your post...

If you put the one of these

[youtube]

at the start of your youtube URL link and one of these

[/youtube]

at the other end then it embeds the video into here for you

You do have to "clean" the URL slightly for instance the full one was:-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ynh4MopY ... re=related

and the one that gets embedded needs to loose the "&feature=related" bit so it becomes simply

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ynh4MopYd4o
