Re: John Wheeler's Group S RS200
Sorry Mike my misunderstanding! I know a few Karas with the RS200 intake manifolds and they are not that easy a swap and I know an example that failed and almost ruined an engine. Basically it is an RS200 Plenum and a YB Plenum cut and welded together to make it all fit plus on the KARA the angles a...

Re: John Wheeler's Group S RS200
The reverse mounted turbocharger yet standard facing YB inlet manifold is a bit confusing when the BDA RS200 inlet can be easily fitted to a cossie lump (as a few KARA's have proved) and still have the overhead intercooler as per oem 200 (albeit in a reversed direction), then that reversed turbo se...

Trevor who builds the Subaru 200 has a set of original moulds if I am corrrect and I ...

Re: RS200 Factory Build info
Hi John I am the administrator for rs200replica.co.uk which is the site dedicated to the EVO200. I don't know if you are aware of the site but we have a forum which may be of help. I know Bill the owner of the EVO200 Kit car company has planned a 4 wheel drive setup using a rear mounted transaxle so...

Re: starting the 200
Not sure if this applies to a RS200 but was told this tip years ago for any long standing or rebuilt engine. Turn the engine over with a socket on the crank pulley first to check nothing has seizded. Then disconnect the coil lead - try to start the car as normal, obviously the car won't start but ke...
