The chassis number appears to read 129 to me.
Not only is the plate very strange looking, its mounted in an unusual place.
Photos 5 and 10 show its on the left side of the front bulkhead.

It looks like it could be #178, if you check with the photos on the Chassis Database its got the same stickers in the windscreen and obviously matches with LHD, red steering wheel, ears, etc.

Try looking at chassis number 16 on the list, I'm sure its the same car.
