I am having some oil pump rotors made for the front mounted pressure oil pump, these will be wider than the originals so the housing will need machining (something I can sort). The rotors will be 30% wider than the originals a modification done to some competition engines, which will cure to low id...

Might be worth trying the 6r4 community too as they are the same rev counter albeit adjusted for 6 cylinder engines.
But expect to pay upward of £400

They push very well in the mode you are in, I suspect you have binding brake calipers rubbing the discs.

I reckon 99% of the cars have floor delamination by now if they haven't already been repaired, the general consensus is the 1980's adhesive they used was not much good.
What have Arch quoted you to repair them ?

I would imagine 40 off RS200's would cost Ford over a million pounds each to produce nowadays by the time the jigs, moulds, pattern work, machining & fabrication is completed.
